Candles have long been used in all sorts of esoteric practices and spiritual ceremonies. For me, it was a very interesting household item, as we had frequent blackouts when I was growing up. I always played with the wax for hours, until I got yelled at for not putting it out, after the electricity supply has been restored. Of course, I had no idea what magick was at the time. No one else in my family was fascinated about candles the way I did though. I remember asking my physics teacher about flames in high school, and was proper disappointed about the answers. Past-life connections can be quite strong, I guess?
What I know now, is that the little flame helps open your heart, if you are able to connect to it. If you then mix with essential oils that are good at doing certain things for you, it provides a good boost. When your heart is open, everything flows better, that includes your body's ability to uptake whatever essential oils have to offer. That is about the most useful aspect of a candle to me. You would always see a candle being lit during my sessions too, for that purpose.
You would hear people say that they enjoy cooking, but not so much about eating the food. It works the same way: the body is being influenced by the heat or fire energy, and if your heart is open, you will feel joy. The food you cook is then imbued with your energy; most people can tell if their food has been cooked with love. Fast food typically doesn't involve much cooking, and those who handle the food mostly only do it for money, in that they don't enjoy the process, that's why they are not the best way to feed your body. You can bless fast food to make it tasty, but it's more efficient to get it right at the start.
Since I started using the air fryer to cook meat, it's been a lot easier to collect fat. I might have played Graveyard Keeper for a little bit too long, but tallow candles are a really interesting concept, so here is a tiny batch I made today. The candles really want lemongrass essential oil for some reason, I didn't add any other essential oils and trust the process. That golden hue is the element of the sun. If it burns as expected, I can imagine it being far more powerful than wax candles.
